Scope of delivery:

- 0.365 m lining pipe (with closure plug) incl. sealing collar and installation scale
- Connector connection seal
- MHC gasket insert Solo
- 1 set each of MHC spacer solo and duo
- closure plugs for cable conduit-solo with multi-insert

Cutting the MHC lining pipe:

 

Cut the pipe to the required wall thickness.
For better orientation a scale is attached to the lining pipe. 


Mounting the MHC lining pipe:

 

Place the lining pipe on the intended position
The supplied period covers or the FIX formwork aid can be used as an assembly aid.


(if necessary) Connection of MHC lining pipes: 

 

Multiple MHC lining pipes can be connected using the MHC Duo spacer to create a row arrangement. This ensures the minimum distance required fur sufficient concrete coer of the water barrier.

 

To do this, the MHC lining pipes are clipped into the spacers and are fixed with the supplied rubber straps.

 

With the MHC spacer solo, MHC lining pipe can also be secured in position. Using a wire to connect it with the reinforcement.
